About The Foundation

Who We Are 

The Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2012, enhances local parks and trails to connect the community with nature. Led by an Executive Director and passionate volunteers, we’re dedicated to improving outdoor spaces in Castle Rock.

The Vision

The Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation's vision is to elevate the community's recreational, cultural, and educational experiences. We work closely with the Town of Castle Rock and other local resources to make our outdoor spaces the best in class.

Our Mission

To engage, educate, and advocate for outdoor experiences that promote community wellness, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship.
